Ricart will publicly, on these reviews claim to be doing something to address issues, but in reality, that is just a publicity stunt, in reality, they will stonewall and ignore you.
I can't say this enough. Stay away, Ricart automotive is a larger shady corner car lot. Plenty of great experiences in Columbus, check out my reviews to find quality places to go.
Ricart sold me a car with undisclosed damage, that voided the warranty and never told me about it, then refused to fix it or to partner with me to resolve the matter, such as a 50/50 repair bill split.
TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.
I finally got an independent shop to review the car, it was a total rear end rebuild. Easily spotted, but somehow Ricart missed it with their "346 1/2 point inspection". They knowingly sold a car without disclosing known damage, or lied about the quality of their inspections.

Bought a car on the used car side it was a very pleasant experience! Everyone we worked with were very helpful and they did the best they could to make a deal with us! Also had the best price anywhere in the Columbus area. Overall great experience
Ricart has called me since I posted this, with a generic "satisfaction survey". Still silence for assistance. Go elsewhere.

Don't even get me started on the "pick up your 2nd key tomorrow" then when you come in, everyone is like "oh those keys are like $500 dollars, no one would give that key to you."
I bought a 2014 Ford Focus. 35,000 miles on it. Knew it was too good to be true. It’s alreay in the shop for transmission work. I would have known that if the salesman would have let me drive it on the highway but instead he insisted that we stay on backroads where the highest speed I could go was 45. Completely unprofessional. Then told me the car has never been in a collision. I get the car fax and it says the opposite. Never again will I buy a car from here and the sad part is, now I’m stuck with it. Management feel free to contact me. I’ve tried and no one responds. My suggestion: buyers beware. go elsewhere if you are looking for a dependable vehicle.
Really good service representatives and sales personnel. Had no trouble purchasing the car. Almost no negotiation on price however and received my vehicle missing 1 car floor mat. Got an excellent deal with great service. Just very small things from a perfect score. Definitely would work with this dealer again!
BTW: still silence from Ricart even after being promised that they would be in contact with my over this situation. I tried calling but no one knew anything.
So we walked into the Ricart Used Car Factory, and must say, this place is amazing! 27 acres of cars - very impressive. We then were heavily involved in the car purchasing process that most of us typically dread. He is the "real deal," and he will work diligently to earn your business. It's nice too when you have someone who is extremely knowledgeable about the cars on his lots. Customer satisfaction is what Kevin truly cares about most! I myself drove away with a 2017 car not knowing that was a possibility. Kevin Mills is the brains behind that sales floor, 100%! In that last part of buying the car where you sign the final docs, we highly recommend requesting Ryan Six!
