It is our second purchase from this dealership this year. Their customer service is truly amazing. Thanks to Jason Motter for explaining everything clearly and patiently. Nate was very helpful as usual. We got a great deal on the brand new 2017 Rogue and none couldn't beat the price. I recommend this place to anyone before checking other dealerships.

I stopped by Ricart Nissan to look at a 2017 Nissan Leaf and after spending some quality time with my salesman, David Sasso, I left with my new Leaf. While David didn't know 100% of what I asked off the top of his head, he was more than willing to get me the answers. He was fun to work with and certainly made the car buying experience a good one.

There’s never an excuse for a customer to be sitting around for four hours. I could have flown to San Diego in this amount of time. I could literally be surfing right now but instead I’m sitting in cold rainy Groveport with no idea when my car will be ready.

Wow, friendly educated customer service. Excellent price. Wasn't high pressure at all. I was here in 1988 and had a horrible experience. Stayed away till now. I wish I hadn't, their service has completely changed. Thank you Robert Pardon and the two sales mangers that helped (I'm sorry I can't remember their names). Tremendous! I will be back

I do respect all the opinions but why the car dealer need to have racist employee at all? Please stay away and find another dealer

Previous service experiences have been OK but the most recent one has been a nightmare. I have been waiting for my car for over four hours and I feel like the people I’m dealing with have no urgency or common sense. Had I known it was going to take this long I would’ve dropped off my vehicle and gone back to my office.

Upon arrival, the agents mentioned having an Uber take me somewhere but at that time they estimated the work would take two hours or less. Their initial inspection then revealed further work would need done which they estimated would not take any longer than one hour. That was three hours ago. What is more frustrating is that the additional work they added on is covered under warranty and cost zero dollars but they did not start it right away.
