Nick was absolutely perfect from picking me up through seeing me on my way. An absolute delight to talk with, very knowledgeable and helpful.
Made reservation online & completed all information that claimed to make actual pickup quicker AND it was just that- quick! We did the walk around immediately after I arrived, the vehicle was waiting outside warming up. Very impressed- in & out just like I like it.
unfortunately enterprise claimed there was damage to vehicle even though i was in no accident, parked in only three parking lots right by the front door and in my garage. I noticed nothing when getting into the car and the damage was on the drivers side so it should have been easily noticed. I don't know if the damage was there already as it looks about 2 inches in the photo they sent which they say is acceptable, or if it happened after i dropped at the ricart service department. enterprise advised i am responsible for the car even after it its dropped off until they inspect the vehicle. the enterprise associate on site indicated he would check the cameras but i have heard nothing from them except a bill. the bill is 519, my deductible is 500 ... Merry Christmas ... I'll use any rental company but enterprise in the future, whenever possible.
The service here is incredible. I was out of state and needed a rental car because my RV broke down. They came and picked me up, then got me going with a rental as soon as they could despite how busy they were. Did I mention I had 2 Golden Retrievers with me? While it was a rough trip for many reasons, this Enterprise Rent-A-Car was uplifting.
5 stars not given only because I wasn't told or shown after hours drop off information. so I parked the vehicle over night and had to come back the next day during business hours to drop the keys off. other than that, great job! I had stopped using Enterprise for some time because of poor customer service. I'm impressed with the turn around

I lost my keys, but luckily when I was at home. Right from the time I made the distress call for help and to the time I was back on the road, it was a painless experience. Most of all, it was aided by the very friendly staff at this location. The manager and the other personnel, are helpful, kind and considerate. This experience alone will push me to rent with ONLY enterprise in the future. Please give a raise or do anything to keep your staff at this location loyal to you! They are the reason you have a loyal customer in me! Good luck!
